Arrive in Delhi, where you will be welcomed and assisted at the airport before beginning your journey through India's historic capital. Start your sightseeing in Old Delhi with a visit to Jama Masjid, one of India's largest and most impressive mosques, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Continue into the lively lanes of Chandni Chowk, one of Delhi's oldest and busiest market areas, where colourful shops, traditional bazaars and historic buildings showcase the character of Old Delhi. Enjoy a traditional cycle rickshaw ride through the narrow lanes for an immersive experience of the city's vibrant local life. Continue to Raj Ghat, the peaceful memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi. Later, drive towards New Delhi and enjoy photo stops at India Gate, the grand government avenues and other important landmarks of the capital. Return to the hotel for breakfast before visiting Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most important Mughal-era forts in India. Continue to the City Palace in the heart of Jaipur, a historic complex of royal residences, courtyards, museums and galleries that offers an insight into the city's former royal family and artistic traditions. Visit Jantar Mantar, the remarkable astronomical observatory built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II and recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, stop at Hawa Mahal, Jaipur's iconic Palace of Winds, famous for its distinctive honeycomb façade and hundreds of small windows designed to allow royal women to observe the street life below. After sightseeing, depart Jaipur and drive towards Jodhpur through the changing landscapes of rural Rajasthan. Arrive in Jodhpur, known as the Blue City because of the indigo-coloured houses surrounding its historic fort. Check into your hotel and enjoy a relaxed evening.

After breakfast, begin your exploration of Jodhpur, the historic gateway to Rajasthan's Thar Desert. Explore its massive defensive walls, grand courtyards, royal palaces, intricately decorated rooms and museum collections showcasing weapons, royal costumes and artefacts from Rajasthan's history. Continue to Jaswant Thada, an elegant white-marble memorial built in honour of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II, surrounded by peaceful gardens and offering beautiful views towards Mehrangarh Fort. Later, take a short drive through the historic Blue City and experience the atmosphere of Jodhpur's traditional neighbourhoods and local markets. After lunch, depart Jodhpur and travel towards Jaisalmer, passing through the increasingly arid landscapes of western Rajasthan. Watch the scenery transform into the golden desert region as you approach the Thar. On arrival in Jaisalmer, check into your hotel and relax for the evening.

Continue to Patwon Ki Haveli, an impressive collection of historic mansions decorated with intricate stone carvings, balconies and ornate façades. Explore the narrow streets of the Golden City and experience the unique atmosphere of this historic desert settlement. Later, travel towards the Sam Sand Dunes in the Thar Desert. As the afternoon progresses, enjoy a traditional camel safari across the dunes and experience the vast desert landscape. Watch the sun set over the golden sands before enjoying an evening of traditional Rajasthani folk music, dance and local cultural performances at the desert camp. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast and morning in Jaisalmer. Depending on your departure schedule, take some time to explore the local markets, shop for traditional Rajasthani handicrafts or enjoy the final views of the Golden City. Later, depart Jaisalmer and drive back towards Jodhpur. Upon arrival in Jodhpur, you will be transferred to the airport or railway station for your onward journey, marking the end of your Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer journey through northern India and Rajasthan.
